Most people think healing happens when they finally feel motivated enough to change. In reality, lasting change often comes from something much simpler: consistency. Introduction After teaching thousands of students over the past two decades, I've noticed a pattern. The people who experience the greatest improvements in their wellbeing are rarely the ones who learn the most information. More often, they are the people who consistently apply simple practices over time. Whether the goal is reducing stress, recovering from emotional pain, improving sleep, building healthier habits, or supporting trauma recovery, consistency often matters far more than motivation.
